Viognier 2008 New	You too, will shout for joy when you taste this Viognier.  These fabulous grapes come from Casa De Caballos Vineyard in Templeton.  We are fortunate to be able to make this fine wine for you.  We hope you will chill out and enjoy this Viognier as much as our chin strap penguin friends are enjoying this past summer in Antarctica.		Mutton Bustin' Red A Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah & Sangiovese	There is nothing quite as exciting as mutton bustin' when you are 4 1/2 years old.  You get all wired & dressed up in your best cowboy duds, go to the fair, enter & hang on for dear life! Of course when you are older, breakin' in a good wine with your favorite pals is as good as it gets.  Hank has created this new blend with various parts of wines you have come to love.  Gitty Up! & Enjoy the ride!		Sangiovese 2007	Nestled high in the valley of the Adige river is "Ossenigio". This tiny village is the birthplace of generations of the Donatoni family and where our wine making heritage began. Sangiovese was first produced in our winery in 1996 and dedicated to my parents, Mary and Henry Donatoni. It is with great pleasure we present this new Sangiovese for your drinking pleasure.
Cabernet Sauvignon 2005	Bentley is an Amazon yellow naped parrot. he rules his environment much like a good Cabernet. Both have personalities that are complex and bold. Bentley has been known to bite. A good Cabernet will never bite. It is smooth with a lingering finish and, unlike Bentley, is always a welcome addition to any table.  To be released for Harvest festival 2008.		Petite Sirah 2007 New Year	This Petite Sirah comes from the award winning Locatelli Vineyard. The wine is very bold and flavorful. It is a wonderful accompiment to main courses such as lamb shank, boeuf bourguignon or a platter of coulash. We hope you enjoy the wine however you choose to pair it. Salute!		Zinfandel 2006	Like our best friends, wine needs to be nurtured.  Chaz, our winery dog was the best of that tradition.  He was faithful, loyal & loving. He enjoyed herding our customers to the tasting room.  Because these grapes come from the Croad Vineyards, we thought it was fitting to use Chaz's picture on the label.  They too loved & will miss Chaz.  We hope you enjoy this wonderful wine like we all enjoyed & loved Chaz.
